We developed Forest Island project in Ulaanbaatar / Mongolia in 2018 as project developer. Total land area is 20.000-sqm. Residential project has 20 special villas with 450-sqm each and 20 units of townhouses, club house and social areas and recration area. Forest Island has awarded as the best project, environmentalist in Ulaanbataar. It was inaugurated in 2022 with the participation of many senior local officials, diplomats, respected businessmen and prominent families.
Yatırım maliyetinin çok yüksek olduğu, izin prosedürlerinin çok fazla olduğu durumlarda tercih edilen bir yapı sistemidir. Genel olarak depolama amaçlı kullanılır. Geçici yapı statüsündedir. It is a preferred building system in cases where investment costs are very high and permit procedures are excessive. It is generally used for storage purposes. It has temporary structure status.
