Dust Containment and Enclosure Project – Hereke Mining Crushing Plant
A highly detailed and meticulous engineering study was carried out for the project to enclose the existing crushing and screening plant belonging to Hereke Mining, located in the Hereke District of Kocaeli Province. The primary objective of the project was to minimize dust emissions by creating a fully enclosed area and filtering the generated dust through a mechanical ventilation and filtration system.
As the facility had not been originally planned under a unified layout in previous years, a comprehensive as-built survey of all existing machinery and equipment was conducted. Based on this survey, a new steel structure and its foundations were carefully designed to form the enclosed operational area.
During the on-site installation phase, the plant continued its operations without interruption. Upon completion, dust emissions were significantly reduced, resulting in substantial environmental and operational improvements.
